Order Pre-Purchase Inspection

Before you place your order, it’s important to consider the following:

1. Obtain the seller’s permission for us to inspect the vehicle after you have viewed it yourself. They must also agree to have us contact them. Also, make sure you know the year, make, model and vehicle identification number (VIN).
2. We will contact the seller to set an appointment.
3. We will send a payment request once there’s a confirmed appointment.
4. We ask that you do not attend the inspection. See our FAQ for the reason.
5. When we complete the inspection, we will send you our detailed report, pictures of trouble spots, our recommendations and whether we think you should proceed with the purchase or not. If we think it’s a good investment, we will give you an estimate of where to begin your offer.
