Comprehensive Inspection which includes pictures of trouble spots, a recommendation if we think you should buy or not and an estimate of value. Other companies charge extra fees for valuations, but Doctor Car Check always includes these free of charge.

Here’s a detailed list of items we include in a comprehensive vehicle inspection:

Exterior Inspection

1. Body Condition – Check for dents, scratches, rust.

   – Panels

   – Doors

   – Trunk

   – Hood

   – Fenders

2. Paint Condition – Look for chips, fading, or mismatched paint. This can also reveal much about potential accidents.

3. Glass and Mirrors

   – Windshield for cracks or chips

   – Side mirrors condition and operation

   – Rear window

4. Lighting

   – Headlights (high and low beams)

   – Brake lights

   – Tail lights

   – Turn signals (front and rear)

   – Reverse lights

   – Fog lights if equipped

   – License plate light

5. Tires

   – Tread depth

   – Wear patterns

   – Tire pressure

   – Spare tire condition

6. Wheel Wells and Underbody

   – Look for corrosion or damage

   – Check for leaks

7. Bumpers – Any damage or misalignment.

8. Grille and Trim – Inspect for cracks or missing pieces.

9. Wipers

   – Condition of blades

   – Operation of wiper system

Interior Inspection

10. Upholstery

    – Seats for tears, stains or wear

    – Headliner

    – Door panels

11. Dashboard and Controls

    – Gauges functionality

    – All buttons, switches, and knobs 

    – Air conditioning and heating system

12. Entertainment Systems

    – Radio, CD player, or infotainment system functionality

    – Speakers

    – Operation of all windows

    – Sunroof or moonroof if applicable

14. Mirrors – Interior rear-view mirror adjustment and auto-dimming function if equipped.

    – Airbags (visual inspection for signs of deployment)
